Yet many believers struggle with the question, “What should I be praying for daily?”
Jesus Christ and the apostles did not leave us without guidance. Through their words and examples in Scripture, we see clear prayer priorities that align with God’s will. Below are ten main daily prayer subjects, rooted in the Bible, that every believer should lift before God—praying in Jesus’ name and according to His will.
1. Pray for More Laborers in God’s Harvest Field
Jesus Himself gave this as a direct prayer command:
📖 “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” – Matthew 9:37-38
The harvest refers to souls ready to receive the Gospel. Laborers are Spirit-filled men and women willing to preach, teach, and disciple others. Every day, believers should ask the Father to raise faithful witnesses and send them into the world—whether that means crossing the street to a neighbor or crossing an ocean to an unreached people group.

4. Pray for Boldness and Open Doors to Preach the Word

Open doors for the Gospel to reach every nation and give boldness to Your servants to preach without fear. Strengthen believers to grow in spiritual maturity and unite Your Church in truth and love. Deliver us from temptation and the attacks of the evil one. Bless and guide those in authority so that the Gospel may spread freely.
